Been thinking about making bread for a while and how i would like to be able to do it. Then the other day River Cottage Everyday focussed on bread. they had a bitch and bake group in a local community - how cool would that be my lady friends?
Anyway... i had a go this morning. Followed this
recipe and i was chuffed with the results!

Well done! It looks delicious and I can almost smell it here ;). Great for your first time trying the recipe too. Hope you have enjoyed eating it.
I do enjoy making bread but rely on the breadmaker to make the dough for me these days.
